DPD Latvija – the Best in Customer Service

The Company had previously implemented a goal-oriented strategy to improve customer service quality and had acquired a certificate to recognise this.

 

On November 26, 2006, the Company DPD Latvija received the Hansabanka’s Annual Customer Service Award in the group of small and medium-size enterprises. This significant award was conferred during the Annual Management Conference organized by the Latvian Association for Quality and the Ministry of Economics.

„Bizpak“ Becomes DPD

„Baltic Logistic System - Latvija“ Intends To Leave Only One Brand

 

Management of courier services market leader company Baltic Logistic System - Latvija took a decision to abandon its current brand Bizpak and start transition to single brand DPD (Direct Parcel Distribution) in coming autumn. The company will be implementing re-branding process till 2008 January. During the period all company‘s vehicles, administration building, depots, documents and courier uniforms will be renewed and decorated with new DPD brand.
